How do we generate our leads?
Our leads are generated from large networks of exclusive websites targeting a sophisticated demographic. We use specific lead forms that rotate often to keep the content fresh.
Are the leads we purchase also sold to anyone else?
Our leads are shared twice, and never with anyone from your company or a company that markets similar or competing products or services.

Are your leads “opt-in”?
YES! All our PHONE VERIFIED leads are triple verified. The prospect responds to an ad fills out a detailed form. Then, they receive and respond to an email confirming that they did respond to the ad. Finally, they receive a phone call verifying that they want to receive a phone call from a home-based business consultant. In my opinion, the true value of a phone verified lead is that they’ve been told to expect a phone call. Although we verify other information (that they have a credit card with money available for example), I think that they know to expect a phone is the real advantage.
What if I don’t find a type of lead or a quantity that I want?
We can generate other leads and provide different quantities than those you see on our site. Please contact us with your specific needs and we’ll make it work. We work with teams large and small and can accommodate all kinds of requests.
Are your exclusive leads shared with anyone else?

Can I get accused of spamming?
It is our responsibility as the lead supplier to provide qualified leads. From this point, the responsibility lies solely with the user. Our customers must take the responsibility for their leads – eliminating names from your list of people who ask to be removed, not abusing the leads (i.e.: mailing out the same letter five times in one day), and sending out appropriate email offers. We do comply with the CAN-SPAM act as well as the no-call list.
How do I cancel a monthly subscription?

What results can I expect?
The results you achieve are entirely dependent on you and the effort you make. The leads you receive are people who have requested information about starting a home-based business. You must contact these individuals, provide them with the relevant information about your company and its’ products and services and then follow-up as necessary. Fresh leads are like fresh produce, they are better when “used” right away. Be persistent and consistent for best results.
What format will my leads arrive in?
Most leads are delivered to an online panel that you can access with a code we send you once your order is processed. If you need another format, please contact us directly and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. All our leads come with IP addresses required by many autoresponders.
What about invalid leads?
If an email address is undeliverable or the phone number is not legitimate – disconnected, wrong number etc.- we will replace that lead. We do require that the invalid lead be returned to us for credit.
How fresh are the leads?
LeadsLab leads are generated to order and you will usually receive them within 24-48 hours of the final verification. Our goal is to provide you with the freshest, highest quality lead in the marketplace.
Once I buy the leads, do I own them, or are they rented?
You own them and can build your own database to market your home-based business.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
How fast are orders completed?
Your leads will generally arrive within 48 hours of your order being placed. We don’t process orders on weekends, please plan accordingly.
What about refunds?
If you should have a problem and request a refund, there is no charge if your request is made by 5pm eastern time on the same day you placed the order. After that, we will refund (minus any leads delivered) the cost of your order minus 15%.
