How do we generate our leads?
Our leads are generated from large networks of
exclusive websites targeting a sophisticated
demographic. We use specific lead forms that rotate
often to keep the content fresh, and with our 20+
years of marketing expertise, our ads get great
results.
Are the leads we purchase also sold to anyone
else?
Leads are sold twice within a one week window,
never to someone in the same or competing
company.
Why are the phone verified leads not exclusive,
and is it a disadvantage?
Many clients have requested the lowest possible
prices, and in order to keep our price competitive,
we no longer sell them as "exclusives."
Non-exclusive can work to your advantage if you
develop your rapport-building skills. When someone
speaks to two people, they are more likely to make
a decision and choose one or the other. If they
only talk to one person, they are more hesitant to
make any decision. We've seen excellent results
with non-exclusive, and they are much more

Are your leads "opt-in"?
Yes, all our leads are double or triple opt-in
leads. No exceptions.
Does LeadsLab ever used incentivized
data?
Never. Period. End of story.
What about invalid leads? What's LeadsLab.com
return policy?
If an email address is undeliverable or the
phone number is not legitimate -disconnected, wrong
number, etc. - we will replace that lead
immediately, no questions asked, but we do request
that you return the lead to us so we can research
the cause of any problem and fix it. Return it,
we'll send you a replacement, it's that simple!
What if I don't find a type of lead or a
quantity that I want?
We can generate other leads and provide different
quantities than those you see on our site. Please
contact us with your specific needs and we'll make
it work.
Can you get accused of spamming?
We are totally compliant with the CAN-SPAM act. It
is our responsibility as the lead supplier to
provide qualified leads. From this point, the
responsibility lies solely with the user. Our
customers must take the responsibility for their
leads - eliminating names from your list of people
who ask to be removed, not abusing the leads (i.e.:
mailing out the same letter five times in one day),
and sending out appropriate email offers. However,
all our leads are opt-in and you will not encounter
any difficulties when used responsibly.
What results can I expect?
The results you achieve are entirely dependent on
you and the effort you make. The leads you receive
are people who have requested information about
starting a home-based business. You must contact
these individuals, provide them with the relevant
information about your company and its products and
services and then follow-up as necessary. Fresh
leads are like fresh produce, they are better when
"used" right away. Be persistent and consistent for
best results. Our regular monthly clients continue
to report new sign-ups every month.
What format will my leads arrive in?
Leads are delivered in an Excel spreadsheet. If you
need another format, please contact us directly and
we will do everything we can to accomodate you. All
our leads come with IP addresses required by many
autoresponders.
How fresh are the leads?
LeadsLab leads are generated to order and you
will usually receive them within 24 hours of the
final verification. In the case of real-time and
redirected leads, you will receive those moments
after we've heard from them or talked with them.
Our goal is to provide you with the freshest,
highest quality lead in the marketplace.
Once I buy the leads, do I own them, or are they
rented?
You own them and can build your own database to
market your home-based business.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American
Express. If you prefer to use your checking
account, you can use paypal and the address:
info@leadslab.com and provide the details of your
order through the paypal email when you send
funds.
When will my leads be delivered?
Your leads will generally arrive within 48-72 hours
of your order being placed. Orders placed during
the weekend may take slightly longer. Area Code
leads are delivered as they become available. Real
time Leads can (but usually don't) take up to 2
weeks to be delivered, depending on demand. Several
days is a more typical time frame.
